We were staying here twice. I was sincerely not that impressed with our rooms. The cabinet the strips was broken. Our next door neighbours there noise is quite loud. So not that ideal. Crown restaurant their food is good. The chicken taste nice.

So, with almost an empty restaurant it took over an hour to get food. Pretty disappointing. Not sure what was going on in kitchen but ridiculously slow service.

This hotel looks elegant on the outside but service isn't..! Reception girl needs training. Customer caring attitude is absolutely missing. Breakfast was insufficient.

Booking rooms on the website is a scam! We booked our rooms, arrived, and at the reception they told us everything was booked, there were no free rooms, and they didn’t see our reservation!
